B | 围绕落实习近平总书记关于社区工作“多想想如何让群众生活和办事更方便一些，如何让群众表达诉求的渠道更畅通一些，如何让群众感觉更平安、更幸福一些”的重要指示精神，宣传各地坚持问题导向，小切口入手开展基层治理和服务创新的鲜活经验。宣传开展和谐社区示范创建的生动实践。围绕“管理有序、服务完善、治安良好、环境优美、文明祥和”的创建目标，宣传各地加大社区投入、创新服务理念、完善服务制度、改进服务方式、建设和谐幸福家园的做法和经验。宣传开展新时代文明实践活动的经验做法。围绕理论政策宣讲、文化文艺服务、助学支教、医疗健身、科学普及、法律服务、卫生环保、扶贫帮困等重点工作，宣传各地大力推动文明实践所（站）建设，助力乡村振兴、促进社会和谐的文明实践工作成效。宣传有效发挥村（居）规民约作用的典型案例。

C | 围绕制定好、落实好村（居）规民约的工作目标，组织专家从各地上报的优秀村（居）规民约中择优遴选一批向全省推介。对各地发挥村（居）规民（约）作用，促进乡风文明、助力乡村振兴、创新基层治理、建设和谐家园的典型案例，组织媒体进行专题宣传报道。

D | 宣传先进基层组织和优秀基层工作者。围绕各级各部门评选表彰的先进基层组织和优秀个人，宣传展示新时代基层组织和基层工作者心系群众、忠于职守、敢于担当、无私奉献的“孺子牛”精神，充分展示新时代基层治理工作的成就成果。通知要求，发挥各级各类新闻媒体作用，开设基层治理宣传专栏，全方位宣传展示各地基层治理工作成效，营造开展基层治理创新工作的良好氛围。加强基层治理创新工作综合研判，对于一些具有可推广运用价值的实践做法，及时进行指导、总结和提炼，召开座谈会、经验交流会等重点推介，适时申报全省、全国基层治理创新典型案例。今年将在承接以往做法，继续开展湘“约”我的村——湖南省2022年寻找最美村规活动的同时，组织开展湖南省城乡和谐社区示范创建活动以及先进基层群众性自治组织、先进民办社工机构和优秀城乡社区工作者、优秀社会工作者表彰等活动，各地要层层推介申报、优中选优、适时宣介，把创建和评选过程转变为指导和促进本地区基层治理工作高质量发展的过程。
